Once the order has been placed, the item will be processed and production will begin. Production lead time is between 7 – 10 business days before the item is delivered to the courier company. Please note that the items are made per order to avoid wasting fabric.
The item will be sent to the courier company upon completion, whereafter, the customer will receive a tracking number.
Please note that Uncommon Gem cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged or misplaced items.
Once the item is delivered to the courier company, it is the customers responsibility to track the parcel.
