Return and Refund Policy:

• We would love to make each customers shopping experience as pleasant as possible. To ensure that the experience is a pleasant as possible, we highly recommend and encourage our customers to carefully the size charts and this policy.
• Items are made per order. We will, therefore, not be able to give cash refunds and will only give a voucher should an order be returned due to incorrect measurements etc.
• We will, however, accept a returned item if the fabric is torn upon arrival. For us to accept the return, please contact us as soon as possible upon delivery and receipt of your item.
• Should the customer fail to contact us within the 5 business day upon receipt of the item, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a voucher and accept the returned item.
• The customer will be liable for payment of all costs to return the item.
• Refunds and returns will not be available on any sale items.
